I have had the privilege of supporting many adolescents, young adults, and adults through challenges such as anxiety, overwhelm, emotional regulation difficulties, low self-esteem, and complex trauma. My focus is always on creating a safe, supportive space where meaningful change can unfold at a pace that feels right for each person.
There is no obligation to book a session afterwards; it’s simply a space to connect and explore whether working together feels comfortable and supportive for you.
